§ I
On the question.
We are a lab devoted to a single question: how should human beings behave with AI? Not what it can do — that answer changes every month — but what it should do, and what it should leave to us.
§ II
On speed.
Our goal is unfashionable. We want to slow the progress of AI — not by resisting it, but by cementing its place in society: as assistants and smart tools, never as thinkers or drivers.
A tool that knows its place can be trusted with a great deal. A tool that doesn’t cannot be trusted with anything.
§ III
On control.
In the years to come we intend to improve the lives of as many people as AI possibly can — while making certain, every step of the way, that it is always us who remain in control.
§ IV
On the family.
We begin where the stakes are highest and the noise is loudest: at home. A family does not need another screen. It needs to know where everyone is, what everyone needs, and what comes next — and then to get on with living.
§ V
On the first instrument.
The Arca Ring is our first tool: a smart ring, run by an agent-powered OS, that keeps families connected. Each person gets their own agent — one that knows them and knows their family, stays a step ahead, and is ready whenever it is called.
It will never buy anything. It will never decide for you. It will simply be there.
